Consolidated Holdings is a privately owned entity, established and incorporated in 2014. Upon incorporation, the company has secured and consolidated a diversified shareholding portfolio which allows the holding company to play an active role in stimulating and enhancing the developmental aspirations of its constituent companies.
At Consolidated Holdings we believe in focused investments that are carried out directly through our subsidiaries across a wide range of industries and asset classes, including Retail, General Building, Professional Engineering Services and Property Development. Consolidated Holdings has a long-term investment outlook and has opted to grow organically by way of acquisitions in areas of interest where its management has significant experience. The company makes most investments using its own equity capital, which allows optimum flexibility in terms of financing, and consequently swift investment decisions.
